This Content Provider Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between PrivateFeed ("Merchant") and the undersigned content provider ("Provider"). This Agreement sets forth the terms under which the Provider shall submit content to be published on PrivateFeed's platform.
The Provider agrees not to engage in, promote, or endorse any activities through their content that are illegal or violate the Community Standards of PrivateFeed. The Provider shall ensure that all content submitted to the Merchant's website complies with applicable laws and regulations.
The Provider is required to obtain and maintain written consent from all persons depicted in the content for the following:
The Provider agrees to keep these consents on record for a minimum period as required by applicable law or as specified by PrivateFeed.
The Provider must verify the identity and legal age of all persons depicted in the content. It is imperative that all individuals depicted are verified as adults (18 years or older), and the Provider is required to maintain copies of supporting documents (e.g., government-issued ID).
The Provider agrees to provide, upon request from PrivateFeed, copies of the written consents and age verification documents for all persons depicted in the content. These documents must be provided in a timely manner to support compliance audits or investigations conducted by PrivateFeed.
Before uploading any content, the Provider must explicitly acknowledge and agree that their images and content may be used, displayed, and made publicly accessible on the PrivateFeed platform. This consent is separate from the general Terms & Conditions and must be confirmed by checking an acknowledgment box at the time of signup.

Failure to provide this consent will prevent the Provider from uploading content to PrivateFeed.
The Provider assumes all liability for any claims or legal actions arising from violations of this Agreement or applicable laws. Furthermore, the Provider agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PrivateFeed and its affiliates from all claims, damages, losses, and expenses related to the Provider's failure to obtain the required consents or to verify the age of depicted individuals.
This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party. PrivateFeed reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if the Provider breaches any of its terms.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
By signing up as a creator, the Provider agrees to the terms set forth in this Content Provider Agreement.
